Organisations wishing to find out more about the government's Health, Work and Wellbeing programme can now sign up to nationwide regional events, running between March and May.
The free half-day events offer interested companies the chance to learn more about the health and work agenda, and hear from some of the key people involved.
The programme includes a keynote address by Dame Carol Black, breakout sessions and questions from the floor. A lunch will be provided.
The Countrywide Events 2009 kick off in Newcastle on 5 March, and also visit Glasgow, London, Cardiff, Leeds, among other locations, before finishing on Manchester on 7 May. Companies registering before 18 February will qualify for a 50% discount on the cost of entering the The Health, Work and Wellbeing Award for Small Business in The National Business Awards Regional Programme.
Delegates must register in advance. More information is available on the Health, Work and Wellbeing Countrywide Events website.
Health, Work and Well-being is a Government initiative aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of working-age people and helping more people with health conditions find, and stay in, employment.
