Eurosafe UK can help you manage asbestos within your property portfolio. We work with clients of any size, from large companies to individual home-owners and small businesses.
Our services cover all aspects of asbestos management, including surveying, re-inspections, training, producing asbestos management policies and procuring remedial services.
Eurosafe UK are UKAS accredited (No. 223) to undertake asbestos surveys and priority assessments for clients.
Surveying
We undertake Type 1, 2 and 3 surveys with our highly qualified and trained in-house staff in accordance with MDHS 100 and the analysts guide.
Management Re-inspections
Eurosafe UK undertake periodic visits to a clients premises to report on the condition of ACMs and make recommendations for action where necessary, communicating any changes in condition to the client.
Asbestos Management Plans
Eurosafe UK produce Asbestos Management Policies in conjunction with the client and subsequently ensure that the actions required are delivered within the client organisation.
Asbestos Register
Eurosafe UK host and maintain clients asbestos registers at www.e-constructionmanager.co.uk. These list the properties within a client’s portfolio, linking to the most recent asbestos report for a premises.
Procurement of Asbestos Services (PAS)
The Procurement of Asbestos Services (PAS) scheme is the service offered by Eurosafe UK for clients wanting cost-effective and efficient management of Asbestos Removal Contracts.

Asbestos Training
Eurosafe UK can develop bespoke training courses meeting with the requirements of the client’s business. Alternatively, we run a large number of open training courses at our pupose built training centre in York.
Database
Following an asbestos survey, an asbestos survey report is produced by our bespoke database. Our database also produces management re-inspection reports on a clients portfolio at an agreed frequency determined by the clients asbestos management plan. The database allows us to interrogate the data within to produce action plans, reports for financial assessment, and many other bespoke reports etc for the client.
